Statoil (US Onshore)
 

Statoil engaged ACT to assist in implementing its Supply Chain roadmap for US Onshore operations. ACT consultants were integral in developing eCommerce strategy and integrating the client's ERP (SAP) with its cloud-based P2P Solution (OpenInvoice). We led and staffed the Supplier Onboarding and Catalog/Pricebook development efforts. We advised on Master Data, Business Case, and Strategy. We Program Managed 4 transformative projects within Supply Chain.

Schlumberger
 

Schlumberger has engaged ACT on several scopes of work since our inception, to evaluate alternatives for its global eBusiness hub, to implement eBusiness technology, to lead integration efforts with their customers (i.e. oil companies), and to assist their customers in becoming compliant with PIDX standards.

ConocoPhillips

 

ConocoPhillips engaged ACT for several phases of the rollout of their global electronic invoicing hub. We led the supplier enablement efforts in US Lower 48, the UK, Ireland, and Norway. We planned, executed, and managed supplier onboarding, training, configuration, pricebook/catalog development, and issue/error resolution.

BP has engaged ACT for numerous scopes of work, including EPC integration, eCommerce solution evaluation and implementation, supplier enablement, pricebook management, master data management, and change management.
